TERMS & CONDITIONS

• These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Selfbelie

• Your agreement with us is made up of your completed PAR-Q and signed Personal Training agreement form, and these terms and conditions. These documents together form a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken unless otherwise agreed with us at Selfbelie.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any Personal Training sessions and this can be done by contacting your trainer directly. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.

• Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and your Personal Trainer.

• If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time and if you are more than 20 minutes late, your trainer may have to cancel the session due to other sessions falling immediately after yours with other clients.

• All Personal Training options have a 90 day expiry, after which time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made. This is to ensure that we deliver all your required sessions to help achieve your goals.

• Extensions can be made under the following circumstances:
  Pregnancy
  Serious illness
  Serious injury

• If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete any Personal Training sessions, you will be given a refund on any outstanding sessions.

All personal training sessions are managed through a digital app. Cancellations can be made through this channel by using your calendar or the instant chat feature to reach out to your trainer.
