The sought-after private studio, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, offers more than just a workout space – it’s a haven where you’ll always find a warm welcome (and even a coffee to kickstart your morning). Hydration is covered too, with water on hand to keep you energised throughout your workout.
 

I’m passionate about navigating women through all life’s stages – from building confidence and strength in your 20s and 30s, through the unique challenges of perimenopause and menopause, right into your strongest, healthiest years yet.
 

No matter where you’re starting from or where you want to go, your personal training sessions are tailored specifically to you – whether your goal is muscular strength, endurance, improved body composition, sports-specific performance, pre/postnatal fitness, or thriving through hormonal changes.
 

If you can’t make it in person, online training sessions via Zoom bring my coaching directly to you, wherever you are. And the support doesn’t stop when your session ends. Between sessions, you’ll have access to your personalised, progressive programme in my digital training app – updated every 4–6 weeks to keep you moving forward. You’ll also get:
