You’ll access your progressive workout plan through the Selfbelie app, complete with exercise demo videos, clear instructions, and the ability to send me videos for form feedback. Workouts are designed for your home or gym, and updated regularly to keep you progressing.
Your plan also includes goal-specific meal plans - built around your calorie and macro targets, with easy, nutritious, and colourful recipes I make myself. Each plan is tailored to your needs, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance or supporting hormonal health. You may just want to build a sustainable lifestyle of mindful eating with nutritious food to get you on track.
You’ll receive a full 7-day menu (with breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks) to follow and rotate, updated every 4 weeks to keep things fresh while supporting your progress.
The Selfbelie app also tracks your habits, activity, progress photos, and more - keeping you motivated, accountable, and confident in your journey.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
When you join Selfbelie Online Coaching, you’re not just buying a plan. You’re actually starting a journey where I’ll be by your side to guide, support, and champion you every step of the way.
Step 1 – Email Set-Up
Shortly after purchase, you’ll receive an email from me inviting you to the Selfbelie app (check your junk email). This is where you’ll find your workouts, track your progress, and have everything you need in one place.
Step 2 – Complete Your Intake Form
Inside the app, you’ll fill out a short intake form so I can learn about you — your goals, your exercise history, your food preferences, and your key measurements (there’s a Measurement Guide in the Files section if you need help). This gives me the detail I need to build a plan that’s designed entirely around you.
Step 3 – Plan Creation (7 Days Maximum)
I’ll then get to work on creating your plan. This isn’t something pulled off a shelf. It’s built from scratch with care and attention. I’ll calculate your macros, design your workouts, and put together your detailed nutrition plan so it aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. It takes time because it’s personal, and that’s what makes it work. Once purchased, I'll keep in touch with your plan build updates so you know exactly where I am with it.
Step 4 – Receive Your Plan
Within 7 days, you’ll have everything you need:

A 7-day structured meal plan with 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 6 evening meals, plus snacks - complete with calories and macros.

Your workouts (3-4) uploaded directly into the Selfbelie app, designed to stay the same for 4 weeks to follow the principle of progressive overload. This repetition allows you to track strength, build confidence, and see measurable results.
